Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and reschedules made prior to 24 hours notice will not incur any penalties or fees.
Cancellation within 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of their service.
No-shows without notice will be charged the full amount of their service and will not be refunded.
Customers that arrive late to their appointments will have the same time deducted from their service without refund.
